Join us for a sunset yoga session inside the Cobo Center atrium, overlooking the Detroit River. Citizen Yoga and Cobo Center are partnering to kick-off the 2017 Cobo Cares Community Engagement Series. All proceeds from registration will benefit Common Ground Sanctuary. 
We highly encourage donations of $5 or more.

Event-day registration: will begin at 5:00 PM and the session will begin at 6:00 PM. Sara of Citizen Yoga will be instructing an all-levels Slow Burn/ Basics session lasting 60 minutes. Parking is available for $10/ car on the Cobo roof. 18+

Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and positive vibes.

Citizen Yoga is dedicated to providing students with the most comprehensive yoga experience, challenging for all physical levels. CY is an alignment-based (form focused) yoga studio that offers a variety of classes ranging from a faster paced Vinyasa to a Slow Burn/Basics. Currently, Citizen Yoga has studios in Royal Oak and Detroit and will be launching a third location in Bloomfield Hills (Maple and Telegraph Rd) in Spring 2017.

Common Ground Sanctuary is a free and safe 24-hour shelter that provides 3-week residential counseling to runaways and youths in crisis between the ages of 10-17, with the goal of reuniting youths with their families.
